Puri-laddu
While making puris with usual flour fry puris to hard and crisp stage. Don't allow it to get dark brown or completely charred.
After it is cooled, powder it in the mixie and in this add a pinch of cardamon powder and camphor 'patcha karpooram'. Avoid adding ghee as already the content has oil. Add powdered sugar, small bits of cashew nuts, mix it well and mould it into laddus. Delicious and you have done it.
Puri-chirotti
In many houses, kids get bored up with puris if proper side dish is not available and when some puris are left over, just cut it into pieces and soak it in a bowl of milk mixed with cardamon, required sugar and nut paste. People will just love it. Please try it and post me.
I will meet you soon with many interesting dishes. Take care. Bye!
